Firstly, if you’re reading this page after buying your new wooden garden building from Timberdise I would like to say thank you and congratulations, I’m sure you will not be disappointed.
So what happens now???
If you have just placed your order the Timberdise team will be putting your order together and will be contacting you in the next 48 hours by telephone to confirm your order. An email should also be on its way to confirm your order.
Once we have confirmed your order, we will then arrange a delivery date that is suitable for you. Our delivery options are from Monday to Saturday and between the hours of 7am and 7pm. A member of the delivery team will attempt to contact you on the day (normally with a text message) confirming a time time slot.
Then if you have chosen your new wooden garden building with self-installation then fear not as we will be providing you with instructions, fixtures and fittings to get your new building up as soon as you are ready.
If you have chosen us to complete your installation then you will be informed when we contact you if the installation team will be bringing your new building with them or if it will be a separate delivery. If it is the installation team they will handle everything from delivery to the complete installation without you having to lift a finger. If it is delivery by our delivery team then they are obliged to drop the building at curb side and you will have to move the building to a secure location at your property either until you are ready to install or our installation team arrives. Normally if the delivery of the item is not by the installation team then we will arrange the installation team to arrive the following day to complete the installation.
Then once complete you can enjoy your new quality wooden building from Timberdise Garden Buildings.
