  1. Firstly, choose the building that you want and then add any extra’s you require such as installation, ground base etc. You will see on the monthly payment calculator further down the page that it will automatically change the price and the monthly payments.
  2. If you are happy with the monthly instalments – add the building to your basket and go to checkout.
  3. Once in checkout you will be asked to complete all your personal details, then scroll down the page and you will be given three payment options. There is Worldpay, PayPal and the Payl8r. Choose the Payl8r option, tick that you have read terms & conditions and continue.
  4. Now you will be taken to the Payl8r application screen. Here you will find four further screens that you will need to complete.  Firstly you will choose your deposit amount, followed by more personal information. Then we will require for your bank details  to set up future direct debits and card details to make your deposit payment. If you are accepted the only payment that will be taken immediately will be your agreed deposit amount that you chose in the earlier screens.
  5. Submit your application, in most cases you will be given an instant decision. However, on rare occasions the decision will be referred for manual underwriting decision.
  6. If the application is successful the deposit payment will be taken and then Timberdise will be informed immediately and we will contact you to arrange delivery of your new building as soon as possible.
  7. Payl8r will also contact you to confirm your application and confirm a Direct Debit date.

The Avesbury with its half glazed door and matching storm resistant joinery window is a perfect balance between a shed and a summerhouse. Both attractive and highly practical. This top quality log cabin has 19mm interlocking High grade pine boards to the walls and tongue and groove boards to roof and floor. All timber is Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) Certified to produce an environmentally friendly and quality garden building. The building is supplied untreated.  Building dimensions are to the edge of the individual boards that make up the unit and will include the crossover of the logs.   For critical dimensions use the metric values, Imperial dimensions are rounded for description only. Allowance should be made for the roof overhang and for access around the outside during construction and subsequent treatment.   The floor is included.

IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE: These are big log cabins with very heavy panels and as such will not fit through a house or a garage with standard doors. You must ensure that you have adequate access to take the building to the site. If on delivery you find that the building is too big for your access and cannot accept delivery you will be charged a collection fee.

LEAD TIME: General lead time on log cabin buildings is between two to four weeks, in our busier periods of the year these can occasionally go up to six weeks but this is on rare occasions.

CHOOSING MY DELIVERY DATE: Once we have received confirmation of your order a member of our team will contact you normally within one business day. At this point we shall confirm your order and then you can choose the delivery date which suits you. If you have chosen installation too we normally arrange for our installation teams to arrive within two days of your building being delivered to complete the installation of your building. This can be effected during the high season but a member of our team is on hand to discuss this further if you have any questions.

Anti-Rot Guarantee

All of the wooden garden buildings at Timberdise come with an anti-rot guarantee for peace of mind that your new garden building will be around long after we have supplied it. All buildings come with a 10 year anti-rot guarantee apart from the pressure treated range as these come with a 15 year anti-rot guarantee.

Most of the wooden garden buildings we supply come with a pre-coat of treatment that we like to call transportation protection. This protects the buildings from the elements as we deliver them to you and also gives you a small period of time from installation to actually getting the building treated yourself so that the building is not exposed during this crucial stage of its life (this does not include log cabins and garden rooms). Log cabins and garden rooms come without any treatment so make sure you treat these buildings within the first week of them being installed.

We at Timberdise will always advise you to treat your new wooden garden building as soon as you possibly can and ask that you continue to treat the building at least every 12 months there after. This is to ensure you get the maximum life out of the building and prevent against any premature rotting. We also advise you that to keep your guarantee valid you do have to treat both inside and outside of the buildings as most buildings don’t come with any damp protection.
