Features

The Shire Highclere Summerhouse includes a number of key features as standard that show its quality. The robust 34mm x 34mm framework of the walls and floor ensures a robust, sturdy construction. The walls and floor are also constructed using 12mm thick shiplap tongue and groove boarding, giving you a summerhouse that is not only durable but is also nicely sealed away from the elements. This design closes together each panel tightly to make sure your summerhouse is weatherproof. Together with its curved profile which promotes the run off of water, you can be confident your summerhouse will stand up to the British weather. The windows and double doors are glazed with styrene, an environmentally friendly choice that is a safer alternative to traditional glass. You can also choose to upgrade the two fixed side windows to opening windows to make controlling the temperature of your summerhouse even easier all year round. With a roof constructed from high uniform strength plywood and with quality floor joists that give the summerhouse an impressive load capacity, the Highclere is certain to stand up to the test of time. We’re pleased to offer the option of booking our dedicated professionals who will assemble your summerhouse quickly and correctly. However, you can choose to use the comprehensive instructions included with the Highclere and construct it yourself.

Anti-Rot Guarantee

All of the wooden garden buildings at Timberdise come with an anti-rot guarantee for peace of mind that your new garden building will be around long after we have supplied it. All buildings come with a 10 year anti-rot guarantee apart from the pressure treated range as these come with a 15 year anti-rot guarantee.

Most of the wooden garden buildings we supply come with a pre-coat of treatment that we like to call transportation protection. This protects the buildings from the elements as we deliver them to you and also gives you a small period of time from installation to actually getting the building treated yourself so that the building is not exposed during this crucial stage of its life (this does not include log cabins and garden rooms). Log cabins and garden rooms come without any treatment so make sure you treat these buildings within the first week of them being installed.

We at Timberdise will always advise you to treat your new wooden garden building as soon as you possibly can and ask that you continue to treat the building at least every 12 months there after. This is to ensure you get the maximum life span out of the building and prevent any premature rotting. We also advise you that to keep your guarantee valid you do have to treat both inside and outside of the buildings as most buildings don’t come with any damp protection.

Please have a look at the aftercare details we have available on this site by clicking here Aftercare for Sheds, Summerhouses & Playhouses and Aftercare for Log Cabins for further information.

If you have any further queries please do not hesitate to contact us.

Returns

At Timberdise we offer a 14 day money back guarantee on all of our items. The guarantee commences from the date which you receive your item and we even offer a free collection service as part of this agreement.

The building must be returned in its original, untreated, resalable condition. Until the item is collected by our courier, it’s the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the building remains in this condition.

We will not however dismantle on your behalf and we cannot be held liable for any third party costs. Once the building has been received by our factory and checked, a full refund will be issued within 7 working days providing all of the above conditions are met.
